Mill Park Hotel Leisure Centre

The Mill Park Hotel’s excellent Leisure Centre facilities are available to all our hotel guests on a complimentary basis.

The hotel’s leisure centre incorporates a Steam room, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room, state of the art Gymnasium, with the focal point being the beautiful architecture of the duo-level heated swimming pool, which is ideal for a vigorous work out or a relaxing splash around to start the day.

Indoor Heated Duo Level Swimming Pool

Try our ozone friendly swimming pool for the ultimate full body exercise or just to relax. The Mill Park Leisure is a deck level 13 metres, 4ft deep indoor heated pool. We also have a separate children’s pool.

Jacuzzi Hot Tub

De-stress and relax in the turbo jet Jacuzzi at the Mill Park Hotel overlooking our private gardens. The Jacuzzi gives a pleasant massage to reduce muscle tension and activates the circulation.

Steam Room

Relax and unwind in our state of art steam room. Benefits include deep relaxation; relief from muscular aches and pains, improved sleep and a calmer spirit.

Gymnasium

The state of art gymnasium at the Mill Park Leisure Centre is equipped with a impressive range of techogym cardio equipment and strength training equipment including treadmills, bikes, steppers, cross aerobic and rowers. Promoting maximum strength and fitness in a safe and pleasant way. Each piece of cardiovascular machinery is designed to ensure a safe and effective way to develop aerobic fitness while conditioning the muscles.

Classes @ The Mill Park Leisure Centre

We offer a variety of classes to suit all levels of fitness for both men and women. We provide you with professional instruction and fun workout. Please consult the timetable for our current schedule.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics combines elements of cardio training muscle conditioning and core strengthen. The water supports the body cushions the joints and provides extra resistance to maximise your workout. Our program is suitable for beginners through to elite athletes. Classes are 45 minutes in duration and are €6.00 for non-members or free of charge for members/guests.

Adult Swimming Lessons

Why not learn a sport for life? Swimming is a great activity that tones your entire body while providing an excellent cardiovascular workout; it strengthens your heart muscle and improves delivery of oxygen to the muscles. It builds the body, soothes the mind, regulates breathing, stimulates circulation, and puts no stress on the joints.

Children Swimming Lessons

We offer top standards of teaching. All swimming teachers at the Mill Park Leisure Centre are fully qualified and are dedicated to passing on swimming skills to their classes that will encourage a lifetime love of the water.

We at the Mill Park Leisure Centre would like to tell you about the newest trend for hosting children’s parties. We are now offering you the opportunity to hold your child’s/children’s birthday activity here in the Leisure Centre. These parties have been a great success lately with extremely positive feedback from both parents and children.

Pool Party Package Includes:
